VACANCY | WOMEN'S TEAM MANAGER

Bradford Bulls Women have an exciting role and is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with excellent administrative and communication skills to provide off field support for the Women’s team.

The roles and responsibilities of team manager are listed below:

• Assist the Head Coach/Coaching Staff and Head of Women’s with any administration as necessary relating to the team and its players.

• Maintain a current list of players in the squad along with appropriate contact details.  

• Understanding and assisting players/staff with education through the OuRLeague App and any compliance paperwork is completed.

• Communication liaison with players/parents/guardians/carers of players  

• Liaising with opponent team managers on game day and beforehand to be able to communicate plans/times

• Organising necessary team support to ensure the smooth running of the team.

• Support the welfare team in matters relating to a player’s welfare.

• Understanding and assisting players with completing the club player registration

• Communicate club news and information especially responsibilities to attend up-coming functions.

• Active participation in team or club management meetings.

• Be available training evenings and game days, some weekend work required

• Compiling and submitting team lists for team management, competition management and social media.

• Ensuring players are aware of game day time and location, home and away games
